How do I program a new remote for my 2006 Solara? I am buying one to replace the one I lost and I need the instructions.

Also in the mornings when I start my car, it seems to be a racing sound under the hood.. after the car warms up, it stops. Is this normal or should I take it into the dealer to be checked?
