Default Brake Noise in Reverse (01 Tundra)

2001 Tundra.

I have completed all front brake upgrades about five months ago, and it has gone great... However, now when ever I back up when I go to depress the brakes I hear a click sound, not a clicking sound, or a rubbing sound but a click. It is kind of loud seems to be coming from the middle of the back end. Only when I go in reverse and only when I go the depress the brakes fully. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening???
any help would be great.....
Thanks
