Default Passenger Seat Removal
Greetings
I want to temporarily remove the front passenger seat from my 07 Yaris hatchback and drive the vehicle without any passengers. The seat is connected to the passenger air bag/seat belt system [PAB/SBS]. Does anyone have any experience with this? Will the driver’s front air bag still work without the passenger seat in the vehicle? Also when I put the seat back in will the whole [PAB/SBS] still work properly. I’m trying to avoid taking it to the service department for what appears to me as a simple plug, nuts and bolts job?
