Is there a limit on questions?
If not, my next one is about alarms - I paid the dealer on Saturday to install the factory alarm, and the windscreen and alarm install were supposed to be finished today.
Instead, I got a call that the windscreen's done, but they can't install the Toyota factory alarm in a convertible.

That seems strange, although they were willing to sell me the Karr system they put on when cars are on the lot, or a LoJack instead. Hmmmmm...
I'm just curious if you or anyone else has an RS3200 Toyota alarm in your convertible.
If I could ask a third question - TRD RSB -- Rear Sway Bar? How much of a change, and how much of a punch to the wallet??? Before the Beetle convertible I'm trading in for the Solara, I had an MR2 Spyder. I didn't drive the Beetle hard enough in the test drive, and later discovered it felt much like driving a mini-van. I don't expect the Solara to be anywhere near that, but I'm pretty sure convertibles with their extra weight in higher places can use some improvement. It'll never be an MR2, but then again, I could never bring much home from the store with the MR2 either...
And if you want, tell me about your TRD springs -
Thanks again!
