If I had to guess, I relay and a switch. Is there a way to turn fog lights on with your headlight switch? If there is then you just need a relay. If there is no switch in the cab of your truck to turn them on and off then you need a switch and a relay. The relay "might" even be under the hood already if it's not I am sure there is a place to plug one in. Let us know what you did to get your fog's up and running. Good Luck!!! Johnnnnny
