Hi all
I have an '03 Sienna. Just had the P0420 (Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)) check engine light message come on. The dealer said it's covered if somethings's wrong with the Cat. Converter, but not covered if it turns out to the 0xygen Sensor. They're charging me $50 for diagnostic. 6 months ago I got a CEL message re: emissions and had to spend $500 to replace the carbon canister, etc. Are these related? Are there issues with the Sienna.

Also, I have 3 power plugs and the fuses keep blowing out on 2 even though I rarely use them. Any ideas?
