Phil, You sure have supplied a lot of good information. I'm looking to install fog lights on my 07 LE. Is it possible that Toyota connected the 9006 plugs to connections on either side of the radiator to 2 black objects about 1/2" x 2" x 2". Also, I looked in the fuse box behind my battery and from what I can see there are no connectors located in the slot where the relay is supposed to plug into.
