I just installed mine yesterday and can tell a big difference. The truck corners so much better than before.

The sway bar helps prevent body roll when taking corners by keeping the rear axle parallel to the frame. I would not suggest one if you do serious offroading but they work great for trucks that spend most of their time on the road.
