Default Re: Spray On Bedliners

ylsf: Well, that doesn't sound right to me. It sounds like they are using something other than Xtra. Ask them what product they are using specifically and let me know. You need to leave the rail caps on. If your not sure about where the bedliner stops, etc., I suggest you discuss the matter with the dealer when you both can look at your truck. Chances are, you guys will agree on how it should look. You can read about Xtra at linexfortworthtexas.com and also at line-x.com

turkman12345: LINE-X has several products, one of which is called Paxcon, the product used for blast mitigation. You can read and view videos about Paxcon at PAXCON Anti-Terrorism Bomb Blast Mitigation The LINE-X bedliner product and Paxcon similiar in some ways but really are not the same products. However, if you want Paxcon in your truck, it can be done, seriously.

toyotaconvert: Your looking at about $160 to $200. Best results occur when Xtra is applied to a fresh and warm bedliner, but you can still have it done. How long does it take for a dealer to become certified? Well, they have to take a training class, sign an agreement, and maybe modify their spray booth.
