I called back to clarify. They said their "top coat" for $100 is the same thing. It has a UV protection in it (talked to the dealer local). I think the terms are just different in Canada Vs. USA. She was telling me that the Canadian dealers have been doing the colour matching for years and that the USA ones are just starting to do it now. She said you can add the topcoat to the standard black and it keeps the "sheen" longer. She said that the colour matching topcoat includes the this same UV protector.

Sorry I didn't ask the specific name of the topcoat product as I called before I read this thread again
