I took my 05 Sequoia to the dealer for the back window. The back defrost would not work and we couldn't get the window to go down. The service manager tried to open the window and it wouldn't work. It was there overnight and in the morning they were able to get it to open and close. He said since it was now working they couldn't replace it since it wasn't stuck in the closed position. It was only covered by warranty if it didn't work at all, not if it was only broke sometimes. I have had a problem with it since I purchased my car. Do I have any options?
