I just purchased a 2007 Crewmax with the TRD package and it does have a noticable if not slightly irritating tail bounce at speeds of 55 to 65 on crappy sections of the interstate here on I-25 in Colorado. When I get up to around 75 to 80 it seems to slack off a little. I didn't notice it at all during the test drive because I drove on well paved roads. When I'm on newer sections of the interstate it smothes out nicely. I've only drove the TRD package Crewmax so I can't say anything about the other models, but I'm sure that the TRD's beefed up suspension has quite a bit to do with it.
