Not as it's loaded in that picture, unless the tundra has broken springs. Published empty weights mean nothing, stick it on the scales and tell me what they say. I guarantee it's not 1390 lbs.

Besides, you looked at the wrong column in the chart you referenced (didn't think I'd check, eh?). The OP stated that it was a 33' trailer, the 33 footer in the chart has a dry pin weight of 1620 lbs, not 1390. That's dry, no propane or anything else in there. Add 300 or so for the hitch itself and you're already well over the tundra's payload capacity before you put anything in the trailer.

I stand uncorrected.
