That's one approach, but I prefer just taking the sensors, valve stems, the whole lot, out of the wheel. Between this, and drilling a hole in the wheel to add a 6th lugnut, the bed bouncing has dropped off a lot (well, it doesn't fall off so much anymore at least).

I kept the sensor in the dash and used it and the now-defunct tire sensors to help keep track of my camshafts (one sensor per cam). The sensors were a tight fit and required some jbweld modification to the cam followers, but I already had that $%#@ skid plate off to replace the toilet paper in the oil filter, so I figured "what the hey..."
