OTT - Why no Japanese Diesels?
Off the Topic - Well sort of, I'd sure like to see Toyota sell a diesel Tundra on a 3/4 ton frame.. but my point is why don't we see any of the fine diesel motors that the Japanese build here on US car lots?
I drove a Nissan Xterra while on vacation in Costa Rica and that thing kicked ***! Good power and phenominal mileage compared to a gas motor. I just can't imagine it is an emissions thing being that the Big 3 get to sell all their diesels here.
What gives?
