Default Tundra Brake TSB

Regarding Hollywoods post about the rear brakes making a noise:
I just took my 2000 Tundra to the dealer, with 35,850 miles, and gave them a laundry list. They said that they would fix it, but would have to order some parts. Unfortunately, the service manager is clueless, and couldn't tell me what they found or how they were going to fix it. I didn't know if anyone else had experienced this noise, or if it was really a problem or a quirk of the Tundra. My noise is a bit of a thud or clunk when the brakes are applied while backing up.

As far as a TSB - can someone point me to a web site - the one that I used to go to is 404. I had my front brakes redone once already with approx 20,000, and complained again about grabbing/shimmy. They are going to replace rotors and pads, but I would like to see what the TSB for that says and also see if there is one for the backing up issue.
