actually the new 2007 GM Duramax (LMM engine code) is supposed to only run on ULSD and has an extra filter of sorts to deal with whatever is left over. Word on the street is that soon diesels will be so stuffed up with filters and whatnot that it will actually kill their advantage over gas. But then again I also heard the new '08 Jetta TDI will get close to 60MPG so....
