My tranny has always acted funny too, but I thought it was normal?? The Totyota guys at the dealer said I was the first also, and they all looked like a deer in headlights when they drove my truck and witnessed the tranny going nuts. I guess they aren't used to seeing a toyota tundra have problems this serious. ANyways, toyota corporate is already starting to blow me off, and all I want is a truck that runs and is reliable. I really want someone to tell me WHY is the tranny going bad? I don't want another tranny put in next week that will do the same thing. Would any of you just take another tranny without any questions asked, tow your 9000 lb trailer for 400 miles with your wife and kids, hoping this new tranny is a good one?
