Question Fluid drain hole??

2007 Avalon. About 59 inches back from the front bumper, there
is an apparent fluid drain hole - a little rubber thingy about
an inch long with about a quarter inch opening. I notice some
fluid(maybe a teaspoon) in my garage after parking overnight.
It does not seem to be oil or transmission fluid but sort of
slippery water. It is quite a ways back from the oil pan.
It is not where the A/C water usually drips.

Someone know what the drain hole is for? Thanks.
