I assume you tried the blower at all speeds and none worked. If so, the problem is not the blower resistor. If it works on high only, it is a bad blower resistor. Check the 10 amp "gauge" fuse and the 50 amp HTR fusable link. Check pin 5 of the HTR relay for 12 volts(with the relay removed). If there is 12 volts there, the fusable link is good. If the 10 amp gauge fuse is good, remove the HTR relay and jumper from pin 5 to pin 3 of the socket with the blower switch on. If the fan runs, the relay is bad.
