The HTR relay will have 4 or 5 posts that plug in to a socket. It is a seperate item than the fuse. Remove the relay and see if there is 12 volts at pin 5 of the socket, The 50 amp fuse is good if there is 12 volts at that pin. If there is 12 volts, leave the relay out and jumper pin 5 to pin 3 of the socket (with the blower switch turned on). If the relay was the problem, that will make the fan run. If the fan does not run, something else is the cause. I hope that helps. Good luck.
