we have near 100,000 TS members, and I'd say 50% are active.
So those of us that are active paypal brandon 5 dollars, or whatever you feel like. He tallies that cash, and donates it to the farmer (no strings attached), just for the hell of it. That would be 250,000 in theory.
We probably wont reach the big money goal, but it would be a great experiment, and a good cause.

It'd blow the farmer's mind, prove more worth to the internet's far reaches, and untimately, help somebody who needs it.

Anyone think It'll work? The cost of a cup of "trendy" coffee...it cant hurt.

I'd put in 5 or so to start and see how it works out.

It sounds like a good idea, however I think something like that would hit a newspaper, then TS would be flooded with sad stories
