I haven't even heard from my sales rep, PJ, but the service guys name is Jim. TMCA has instructed me not to call the dealer at this point and only deal with TMCA. Man, this dealer really gave me the sales speech to buy the truck, now all I hear from them is "crickets".(Nada) But that is usually how it works. Service should really be gauged after the sale!!
