I would like to know where you got this information also, cause everytime I ask TMCA, they skirt the question. The dealer that sold me the truck said "Toyota told him my Tundra was the 7th tranny in June to go out". Did he mean in the USA, at his dealer? I am not trying to talk people out of the 5.7, but people should read posts like mine and weigh their options. Trust me, I miss my truck, but I should have listened to my friends if I could do it over again and not buy a "first year vehicle". To all of you other skeptics about people posting problems with their Tundras, be glad your tundra is still running and be glad there's people like me giving you free information on how the new Tundra is holding up.
