It really doesn't matter to me that the spare is a non-matching tire because if i have to put it on it's only for a short time until i can either repair or replace the damaged one. Anytime I have to replace a tire I do so in pairs of two. The one and only time I didn't do this was on my '00 Tundra, and the ride on the unmatched front tires was noticeable especially on rain slicked roads. I did get 24000 miles on a set of Michelins on that truck- i am very curious to see if its '07 bigger brother can match that on the stock TRD BFGoodies it came with.
