I took these pictures below from SiennaClub in one of the thread; I think pin 9 and 10 of the R10 connector are going to pin 1 and 24 of the N8. I don't see how pin R10-9 go to N8-9 and R10-10 to N8-10.

Depends whether you are looking into the front or the back of the plug, so it is a bit confusing. The picture is correct (look where the top block of 4 holes is located)
