I did.....and now I am beginning to understand exactly what has been going on, and why it has been a fight to get anything done on my truck.
I haven't yet been able to get an exact date, but it appears that sometime between going to arbitration and falling out of warranty, that Gulf Coast Toyota has ear-marked my truck/name with a big black "X". I haven't been able to find out the exact contents of their submission to Toyota National, and you can bet I'll be on the phone monday. Right now, all I know is that "no assistance at this point" is Toyota's statement due to input from the Gulf Coast Toyota regional or district rep.
