tctundra is on a distinguished road.
Default R&G Toyota (San Rafael, CA) is clueless.

I took all of your advice, and am still getting the runaround from my dealer. The service manager insists my vibration (started at 7500 miles) is due to worn pads. He says if your pads are worn, the TSB doesn't apply to me. Toyota national customer service referred me to the dealer customer relations manager, who just handed the phone back to the service manager. Talk about getting a runaround!

Now the service manager doesn't remember ever seeing the "Toyota Factory Engineer" who measured my calipers and said they were fine. They got my money, and changed their story! The dealer claims they've never heard of a "regional" service rep. I've been on hold for 30 minutes at Toyota National Customer service. . . What do I do now?
