I got the entire package done too, and I seem to remember the rotors being a separate line item from the caliper assemblies. I'd have to check my invoice, but I'm pretty sure this is the case.

You mentioned that the surface seemed smooth and machined with no edges, etc. If you are not sure about your rotors being new or old, the real question is what did the edges and center of the rotors look like?

Here is a picture of an old vs. new rotor/caliper assembly. You can definitely see the difference. The old rotos only had 11k miles on them too.

You should be able to tell by looking, and if you did get new rotors, I would insist that it be documented on your invoice. CYA baby...if it's not in writing, it didn't happen!
