Absolutely right on the 6th Sequential mode. Only way I drive now.
You ever notice how if your coasting in automatic mode the engines drops into a low gear. It helps for a quick acceleration but it creates drag...which lowers fuel economy.
The Sequential mode and 6th gear doesn't drop down as easily...only if you hit the gas to accelerate or you slow dramatically.
By the way...I was showing off the truck to my sister-in-law...turned off the stability control and traction control...wound the truck out and hit 2nd...CHIRP....and at 60 hit 3rd...CHIRP! These trucks have some pretty mean power and clutches! 3rd gear with an automatic transmission...and stock...SWEET!!!!
