How far are you from Concord Toyota? I can't remember how far San Rafael is from there. Dyogim has had his brakes done there and they didn't given him any problems with it. He has a hook up there, but there should be no reason to deny you the TSB work. Sounds like your dealer is full of sh**. Give them a call or PM Dyogim to see if he can recommend a service writer for you to talk to.

i work with Dan Ramelli at concord toyota. those guys are great. never had a question from them when it came to my warranty repairs. i bought my trunk from the walnut creek toyota, but wont have any service done there. my only concern is how long do these brake kits take to order. they had my truck overnight ( i got to drive one of those new matrix.. pretty kewl little car) but they put me back in my truck until the new parts come in. i assume they fix both front and rear??
