Yeah I meant body lift. I personally don't like them because I had one on my last Expedition. Looked good but handled worse. Sounds like you're going the right route by taking out that block (body lift in my lingo for SUVs and such).

body lifts are blocks too, they just go between frame and body. these blocks go between axle and springs, therefore raising the frame and body. not classified as body lift and will work okay for many situations, just not mine. suspension blocks kept to a minimum, like less than 2 inch, are MUCH better than a body lift IMHO.
