Do you have an eta? Only reason that I ask is that other members have indicated that they ordered that part number and were told that it is not available (see this thread).
Also, does anyone know if this item has the same resistance up/down? The reason I ask is that a dampener that is used on a hood or a hatch-back tends to make it lift easier, but harder to close. Make sense?
