I am not sure if you can just swap the two power window motors or not. I have replaced the power window motor on my Corolla and it was not too difficult. As for the step bt step instructions, I think it would be better if you bought a repair manual. I personally like the ones published by "Haynes". You can find them in your local auto parts store and online for about $20. Hope this helps out. Good luck.
