i dont know what batch of TR-7s i used but they didnt work for me. i know they are preprogrammed from the factory specifically for ALPINE units. 1st, the tail lamp signal wire on the tr-7 only puts out about 150 mv. would be nice to bump it up a couple of volts, it wouldnt hurt anything. 2nd, the pulse durration and sequence on the tr-7 is fast, way fast. PAC should slow it down a bit for ALPINE units that are more sensitive. 3rd, noise and voltage irregularities supplying the tr-7 has to be clear and steady or it will trip the tr-7.
thanks, for the tr-7 info. fwiw i purchased my tr-7s mid year of 2006, might be a problem with the newer batches or my alpine.
