Here is a pictorial to show you how to remove the door panels.
This is the back door for the CrewMax but the front doors are the same.
Remove the 2 screws behind the door latch cover and the grab handle.
Push the plastic pin in with a small screwdriver. The pin is towards the front on the front doors.
After these 3 fasteners have been removed, start at the bottom and pull the panel away from the door. When it is free pull up to get over the window ledge.
Disconnect the door lock and door open cables (they snap out)
Disconnect the power window harness
Disconnect the puddle lamp harness
You can remove the door
