Here is how I did the reas speakers:
I removed the factory speaker and cut out the cone
After I cut the cone, I cut the frame and removed the cone
I screwed the speaker right to the old speaker's frame
To make for a clean install, I soldered the speaker connection to the old frame
Because I soldered them, I was able to use the factory plug.
