I might get the engine rebuilt but I would not spring for a $2400 paint job. Keep the truck to use as a truck not a show car. If you have to have a paint job go for a cheapie at Maaco.

There are some things I like better about the older Toyotas too. I like my '93 T100 better than the Tundra I had in several areas but like someone else said at over 200k miles something besides the engine is going to go eventually.
