This is the same process as the TCH nav system and FYI I burned countless coasters trying to make a hacked disc that would work and there's a long list of people who haven't been able to get it to work either. People who were able to get it to work had better luck w/Roxio than NERO. Some even reported not having to use ImgBurn to make a working copy. Either way, step 1 should be to burn an exact copy of your working nav disc using the same media, burner and burning software to assure that all of the above works. This way you will know if you have any other problems before you get started and if you do it's w/the actual process and not your media, burner or software.
