I burnt an exact copy and it didn't work!! The only way to get it to work is to use ImgBurn to create a disk image first (an .iso file) then burn the CD.
The key to the process is creating an ISO image first using ImgBurn. This avoids the whole ISO/UDP problems with files larger than 2gb.
