I have these mounted on 16x10's so I don't know how they'll help on a 12 in rim but here it goes.
The back spacing is 4.5" I believe (had these wheels on for so long), very ,very little rubbing and only on complete lock to lock. Other than that its all good.
NOTE: I do have a 1.5" adapter all around so that helped me with frame rubbing issue.
