I might have found something for $2.00 each. The company is Ichiba USA,they're known for their car wheel spacers (although they do offer 6-lug truck spacers too). It's a 50mm stud,emailed them to see if that's total length (threads + knurls) or just threads.

And some info on the Dormans. The front studs are 40mm and rears 45mm,both available locally for $1.99 and $1.29 (funny,the longer ones cost less). I'm not sure if that's thread length or total length though.

I should have measured the stock wheel studs when I inspected the brakes this week...doh! Rears are definitely longer than the fronts.
