Speed really drops the mileage, so does wind...however...I don't believe 45 MPG's from a Fit. not even at a steady 55 MPH. Perhaps something was miscalculated from Km's per / Imperial gallon (in Canada)?

Also, Ethanol in the gas (sold her as 89 octane mid-grade) will drop the mileage as well.
