Great post, helped me tackle a job that I probably never would have done myself. One thought, make sure you put the door panel back on from the top first and then try and snap in the bottoms....you know the same way you took it off . I sort of forgot this step at first and ended up shaving part of the speaker surround on the door panel off because I thought my speaker was too big. You can't tell when its attached but still...its easier not to do that.

Thanks again, oh and it sound so much better just from that minor change!
