However after two tranny replacements I have lost confidence in the long term reliability of my truck. Really stinks because I haven't been able to find another new one like mine available anywhere in the Southeast Region. Likely, due to the fact that 08 models are due in next month. If they will buy it back I may go back to my 2001 Tundra until the 08's are discounted.
Still debating the issue in my mind.... bottom line is I will wait and see how this next replacement works out. Leaning heavy on the buy back at this point.
reading your complaints Im glad I didnt jump on the Gun like I did on my new 2000 Tundra which also spent a lot of time in the service bay on brakes. Sadly I hear your pain all too well and it's not worth the risk wasting my Time at the stealerships to get's thing's address. I am glad Toyota has helped you too this is prime reason why I have stuck with the TUndra in the first place.
Good luck
