Eventually they will no doubt be remanufactured and supplied as such. In the near term it is unlikely since there needs to be some critical mass before TMS or a supplier would go forward with a reman program...until then, it is simply not cost effective. In the meantime, new transmissions from the engine plant (TMMAL) will be supplied as service parts to handle warranty and other replacement requirements.
