Just to clarify, even after a reman program is started there can still be situations where a new unit is supplied as a reman part (one being when insufficient cores are available to satisfy customer requirements). In those cases, reman items will be clearly described that way on your service ticket and the new unit P/N will have a special suffix added identifying it as reman.
