Hi Wizzer. We saw your writeup on the heater problem and it sounds like we have the same problem. However we have a 2005 Highlander and the "bezzel" or retaining panel is hard plastic which is not yielding to the screwdriver method you described...any clues or what to do? It is getting cold!
