I suggest you attempt to duplicate the rumble using PVTUSMC81's guidance. Once you confirm for yourself that you have recurring rumble.... Call service manager at your local dealer directly. If he/she doesn't tell you to bring it in for a check immediately document your call and follow up with a call to Toyota National Customer Relations. There is an (800) number in your owners manual. The problem is well documented and you shouldn't get a run around. Definetely need to take it in.
If information shared on this site is accurate, Toyota has reengineered new manufacture transmissions post 1 Oct. So you should be able to get a new one the work right.
