Well completed the install this weekend after painting the relocating brackets for the rail system and also completed the drain tube setup
Oh I did replace the 10 (1/4" X 1") bolt that they sent with the kit, They were just to long so then I would loose use of the slide function of the stock cleats, I got 1/4" X 1/2" bolts from Lowes and that solved this issue before I bolted everything together.

I used plastic dip spray paint since its a nice matte finish and looks good.
